Virtual Currency Pricing Policy
InCoin enables users to purchase, sell and exchange supported crypto-assets at prices determined at the time of transaction execution.
1. Determination of Virtual Currency Price
The price of a Virtual Currency transaction is determined at the time the transaction is executed by InCoin or its liquidity, exchange or execution partners.
The applicable price may differ from prices displayed before confirmation due to market movements, execution timing, liquidity conditions, spreads, fees and network conditions.
2. Timing of Price Determination
For purchases and sales executed using payment cards or other payment methods, the exchange rate for the respective Virtual Currency is determined at the moment the transaction is accepted for execution and confirmed by InCoin’s systems.
For crypto-to-crypto exchanges, the applicable exchange rate is determined at the moment the exchange order is executed.
The final exchange rate and transaction details will be displayed to the user before completion of the transaction where technically available.
3. Pricing Factors
The final transaction price may reflect:
- prevailing market prices;
- liquidity availability;
- market volatility;
- transaction size;
- applicable spreads;
- processing costs; and
- network-related fees where applicable.
- Finality of Executed Transactions
Once a Virtual Currency transaction has been executed, the exchange rate applied to that transaction becomes final and cannot be adjusted due to subsequent market movements.
