Security Capabilities and Payment Card Data Transmission Policy
InCoin is committed to maintaining appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect users and support secure payment processing.
1. Secure Payment Processing
Where payment card transactions are supported, InCoin uses secure hosted payment pages provided by authorised payment service providers and acquiring partners.
Payment card details are entered directly into the payment provider’s secure payment environment and are transmitted using encrypted communication channels and industry-standard security protocols.
InCoin does not collect, receive, process or store users’ full payment card details within its own systems during card payment processing.
2. Protection of Payment Information
Payment card data submitted through hosted payment pages is handled by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its applicable security and operational standards.
InCoin applies additional security controls designed to protect user accounts and platform access, including:
- secure communication protocols;
- access controls and authentication measures;
- monitoring and logging of platform activity;
- fraud prevention measures;
- transaction monitoring; and
- infrastructure and operational security controls.
3. Authentication and Fraud Prevention
Card transactions may be subject to additional authentication and fraud prevention measures where required by applicable laws, payment providers, acquiring partners, card scheme rules or internal risk controls.
Additional verification procedures may be applied before a transaction is approved or completed.
4. User Responsibilities
Users should only enter payment card details through official InCoin payment interfaces and should not share account credentials or payment information with third parties.
Users should immediately contact InCoin and their card issuer if they suspect unauthorised use of their account or payment card.
5. Changes to Security Measures
InCoin may update security controls and payment processing arrangements from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulatory requirements, operational practices and risk management standards.
