Deposit, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy
This Deposit, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the InCoin Terms and Conditions and should be read together with any applicable Fees and Limits published by InCoin.
This Policy explains the rules applicable to deposits, transaction cancellations and withdrawals carried out through the InCoin platform.
1. Deposits
Users may deposit supported crypto-assets and, where available, initiate payment transactions through supported payment methods to acquire crypto-assets on the platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on:
- payment method;
- asset type;
- account verification level;
- user jurisdiction;
- compliance and risk assessment requirements; and
- operational or liquidity considerations.
Applicable limits will be displayed within the platform before confirmation of the transaction and may be amended by InCoin from time to time.
Deposits may be delayed, restricted or rejected where additional identity verification, sanctions screening, fraud prevention controls, technical validation or other compliance measures are required.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposit instructions and wallet details are accurate. InCoin is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user.
2. Cancellation of Transactions
Due to the nature of blockchain and payment processing systems, transactions may become irreversible once submitted and confirmed.
Where a transaction has already been processed, executed, settled or recorded on the relevant blockchain or payment network, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or modified.
Where permitted and where settlement has not yet occurred, a user may submit a cancellation request through customer support. InCoin will use reasonable efforts to process such requests but cannot guarantee cancellation.
3. Withdrawals
Users may withdraw supported crypto-assets to eligible external wallet addresses and, where available, redeem supported crypto-assets through available payout methods.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply depending on:
- withdrawal method;
- asset type;
- account verification status;
- user jurisdiction;
- transaction history;
- compliance requirements; and
- platform risk controls.
Current withdrawal limits will be displayed within the platform before withdrawal confirmation.
Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review, including:
- identity verification;
- source of funds checks;
- sanctions screening;
- blockchain transaction monitoring; and
- security review procedures.
InCoin reserves the right to request additional information before processing a withdrawal.
4. Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on payment method, banking infrastructure, blockchain network conditions, liquidity availability and compliance checks.
Any estimated processing times shown on the platform are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee.
5. Suspension, Refusal and Restrictions
InCoin may delay, suspend, refuse or cancel deposits or withdrawals where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable laws, regulations or regulatory requirements;
- prevent fraud, abuse, financial crime or security incidents;
- protect users, counterparties or the platform; or
- maintain operational integrity and service availability.
Users may contact InCoin customer support for information regarding transaction status or applicable restrictions.
