Whistleblowing & Reporting
At InCoin, we believe that acting with integrity and transparency is essential to maintaining trust. For this reason, we provide a secure and confidential way for individuals to report concerns about potential misconduct or legal violations related to our activities.
You may use this channel to report suspected breaches of law or regulation. Reports may be submitted by employees or any other person who becomes aware of such issues in connection with InCoin.

Confidentiality and protection
All reports are handled with care, confidentiality, and impartiality. InCoin does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. The identity of the reporting person and the information provided will be protected to the maximum extent permitted by law.
External reporting options
If you prefer not to use InCoin’s internal reporting channel, or if you believe the matter cannot be addressed internally, you may submit a report directly to the competent Czech authority.

Legal basis
This reporting channel is established in accordance with:
Act No. 171/2023 Sb., o ochraně oznamovatelů (Whistleblower Protection Act), and
Act No. 253/2008 Sb., o některých opatřeních proti legalizaci výnosů z trestné činnosti a financování terorismu (AML Act),
as well as applicable EU regulations, including Directive (EU) 2019/1937.
